ZNF148

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF148 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,812 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF148-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UMPS, FXR1, and PNN. Each is linked with ZNF148 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF148-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF148 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF148 versus UMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF148→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF148) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
