ZNF148

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF148 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,974 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF148-associated genes across cancer lineages are UMPS, ISY1, and SNX4. Each is linked with ZNF148 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF148-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF148 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF148 versus UMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF148→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF148) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
