ZNF146

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF146 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,171 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF146-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, LSM14A, and TRIM28. Each is linked with ZNF146 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF146-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF146 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF146 versus SAE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF146→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF146) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
