Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF146 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,156 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF146-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore complex assembly, Nuclear pore organization, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with ZNF146 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF146-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF146 results are reported.
