Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF143 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF143-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, C10orf53, and KRTAP4-1. Each is linked with ZNF143 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF143-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF143 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by ZNF143-low versus ZNF143-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF143→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF143) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
