Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF140 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF140 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ZNF140 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF140 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM are the cancer types where ZNF140 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
