Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF133 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF133 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ZNF133 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF133 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where ZNF133 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
