ZNF132

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF132 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,120 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF132-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP14, ZNF776, and UBN2. Each is linked with ZNF132 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF132-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF132 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF132 versus ZFP14 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF132→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF132) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
