Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF132 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,383 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF132-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with ZNF132 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF132-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF132 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by ZNF132-low versus ZNF132-high in BREAST.
