Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF131 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF131 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF131 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF131 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ZNF131 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
