The most reproducible ZNF121-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Protein K27-linked deubiquitination, and Regulation of body fluid levels. Each is linked with ZNF121 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF121-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF121 results are reported.
