ZNF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,330 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD3, FOXK1, and PURB. Each is linked with ZNF12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF12-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF12 versus NUDCD3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
