ZNF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,738 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP42, PMS2, and RBAK. Each is linked with ZNF12 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF12-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF12 versus USP42 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
