ZNF106

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF106 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,352 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF106-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR1, TP53BP1, and VWF. Each is linked with ZNF106 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF106-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF106 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF106 versus UBR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF106→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF106) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
