ZNF101

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,025 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF101-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP7, CD8A, and GMIP. Each is linked with ZNF101 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF101-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF101 versus GIMAP7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF101→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
