Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,562 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF101-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome separation, Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with ZNF101 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF101-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF101 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of chromosome separation grouped by ZNF101-low versus ZNF101-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
