Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF100 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF100 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF100 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF100 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ZNF100 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
