ZNF100

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF100 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF100-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM20P1, UQCC1, and ASB9. Each is linked with ZNF100 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF100-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF100→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
