The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
