ZNF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,254 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF345, ZNF140, and ZNF44. Each is linked with ZNF10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF10-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF10 versus ZNF345 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
