ZNF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,956 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC13D, WDR5, and POGZ. Each is linked with ZNF10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF10-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF10 versus UNC13D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
