Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZMYND11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZMYND11 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZMYND11 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZMYND11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, CESC, and STAD are the cancer types where ZMYND11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
