ZMYND11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYND11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,539 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYND11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, FERMT3, and PLEK. Each is linked with ZMYND11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYND11-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYND11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND11 versus SEC24A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYND11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYND11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
