ZMYND10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMYND10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYND10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, IFNG, and PTH2. Each is linked with ZMYND10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYND10-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYND10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by ZMYND10-low versus ZMYND10-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYND10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYND10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
