ZMYM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,207 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, RNF220, and CDC73. Each is linked with ZMYM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMYM4 versus HPF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
