Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,246 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMYM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3A, MARCKSL1, and C1orf112. Each is linked with ZMYM4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMYM4 versus MEX3A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
