Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMYM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,871 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMYM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA6, MATR3, and THRAP3. Each is linked with ZMYM4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMYM4 versus KPNA6 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
