Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMYM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,442 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Transport along microtubule, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with ZMYM4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM4 results are reported.
