ZMYM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and FoxM1. Each is linked with ZMYM3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ZMYM3-low versus ZMYM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
