Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMIZ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMIZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT6A, LSM5, and PHF14. Each is linked with ZMIZ2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMIZ2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMIZ2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMIZ2 versus CCT6A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMIZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMIZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
