ZMIZ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMIZ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMIZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, COPS3, and NPRL2. Each is linked with ZMIZ2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMIZ2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMIZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by ZMIZ2-low versus ZMIZ2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMIZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMIZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
