Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMIZ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,968 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMIZ2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, Sperm motility, and Negative regulation of autophagy. Each is linked with ZMIZ2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMIZ2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMIZ2 results are reported.
