ZMIZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMIZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMIZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAT2, TTC33, and C2orf42. Each is linked with ZMIZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMIZ1-to-partner and partner-to-ZMIZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCAT2 grouped by ZMIZ1-low versus ZMIZ1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMIZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMIZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
