ZMAT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,943 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT27, KIAA1671, and PLCG2. Each is linked with ZMAT5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT5-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT5 versus IFT27 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
