Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,628 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM45, ANKRD13B, and ZNF331. Each is linked with ZMAT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT5-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT5 versus TRIM45 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
