Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-18, POLR3KP1, and RNU6-1114P. Each is linked with ZMAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT5-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT5 results are reported.
