Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, VEGFR2, and CD20. Each is linked with ZMAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT5-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT5 results are reported.
