ZMAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,758 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are F13A1, MYLK, and VCAN_S1349. Each is linked with ZMAT3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT3 versus F13A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
