ZMAT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,342 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC59, NCAPG, and ATP6V0B. Each is linked with ZMAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT3 versus LRRC59 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
