ZMAT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,610 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZEB2_S647, EPB41L3, and OCIAD1_S108. Each is linked with ZMAT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT3 versus ZEB2_S647 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
