Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ZMAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT3 results are reported.
