ZMAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5M1, NLRP8, and PRSS55. Each is linked with ZMAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5M1 grouped by ZMAT3-low versus ZMAT3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
