ZMAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,136 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLU7, HDAC3, and MED7. Each is linked with ZMAT2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT2 versus SLU7 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
