Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P21, CPSF7, and BAG3. Each is linked with ZMAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P21 grouped by ZMAT2-low versus ZMAT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
