ZMAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,408 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7L1, YME1L1, and NOP2. Each is linked with ZMAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT1 versus RPL7L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
