ZMAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 549 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SUPT20H, and MLYCD. Each is linked with ZMAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT1 versus YPEL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
