ZMAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXorf51B, DEFB4A, and TRIM49B. Each is linked with ZMAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXorf51B grouped by ZMAT1-low versus ZMAT1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
