ZKSCAN8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCID2, HMGB1P41, and FANCE. Each is linked with ZKSCAN8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN8-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
