ZKSCAN7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,080 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, EPM2AIP1, and HSPA9. Each is linked with ZKSCAN7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN7-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
