Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZKSCAN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,818 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZKSCAN7 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN7-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN7 results are reported.
